Tengo un buen espíritu de equipo ya que he tenido que formar parte de varios grupos debido a las actividades que he desarrollado tanto a nivel personal como a nivel académico o más profesional.
Me adapto fácilmente a ambientes multiculturales gracias a mi experiencia en el extranjero en Bélgica y Suecia.
Soy capaz de desenvolverme perfectamente en distintos idiomas gracias a mi experiencia en grupos científicos en Suecia y en Bélgica así como mi activa participación en cursos formativos que han sido presentados en otros idiomas.
Tengo capacidad de liderazgo ya que he sido responsable de muchos grupos de trabajo universitarios y sociales.
Tengo un buen sentido de la organización.

Good team spirit, I had to work in some groups due to the activities I developed in my professional career as well in my personal life.

I do not have problems to adapt to multicultural environments, I have lived in foreign countries such as Sweden and Belgium.

I can develop my job in other languages because I worked in scientific groups in Sweden and Belgium where the communication languages were english and french. Also I did some extracurricular courses that were taught in other languages as well.

I am a good leader, because I have been responsible in many work teams at my university and in the social works I took part of.

I am well organized and I really work hard to achieve my goals.

Tengo un buen nivel de usuario de herramientas OFFICE. Por otra parte, me considero una experta en el manejo de PREZZI para presentaciones. También, tengo un buen conocimiento en programas estadísticos como SPPS y R así como herramientas informáticas para genética y conservación de especies.

Yo, desde mi enfoque ambientalista, puedo aportar ideas nuevas que integren a la naturaleza y ésta pueda ser concebida como una fuente de desarrollo.
Las empresas tienen que entender que su aportación a la sociedad no es sólo económica y han de desarrollar una cultura interna en la que se aprecien aspectos éticos que comprendan las relaciones entre empleados o actividades que tengan en cuenta al entorno, su preservación y, de alguna forma, ser ejemplo para las sociedades con las que operan y promover así un rescate de los valores que tanto hemos abandonado. Sólo así se alcanzará el desarrollo socioeconómico que tanto se ansía. Creo que incluir a gente como yo en una empresa puede ayudar a:
- Dinamizar e impulsar este proceso
- Sensibilizar al personal
- Consolidar mecanismos de coordinación

From my environmental point of view, I could build new ideas that integrate nature and this could be seen as THE source of human development.

I believe that we need to move forward to human societies that have to operate as real ecosystems. Biodiversity conservation and its protection are issues that have to be included in our social pact. A society that thinks about future is the one that bets, from the present, on changing attitudes for conviction and acceptance and not by imposition. Prohibition invites us to transgress. So, we need to be trained to understand and to know how to shape development policies that include life.
These policies must be wide-ranging; they must take into account the biophysical aspects of the ecosystem, their value, the social structure and the institutional system. Without any doubt, I think that this would allow us to take more stable steps to take care of the FIERCE URGENCY OF NOW.
My role in this big project is to become a mediator that would succeed in the attempt to make that nature and society find each other once again.
